Problem Statement

Write a C program to check if two strings are anagrams of each other (print 1 if true, 0 if false).

Input Format

Two space-separated strings.

Output Format

Print 1 if anagrams, else 0.

Constraints

Length <= 100

Explanation

Count character frequencies for both strings using frequency arrays and compare them.
