Problem Statement

Write a C program defining a debug print macro `#define PRINT_DEBUG(val) printf(“DEBUG: %dn”, val)` which executes only when DEBUG is defined.

Input Format

Output Format

Print 'DEBUG: N' if DEBUG is active.
