Problem Statement

Write a C program to compute the result of shifting an integer N left by K bits (N << K).

Two space-separated integers N and K.

Print the integer result of N << K.

0 <= N <= 10000, 0 <= K <= 15

5 left shifted by 2 bits (5 * 2^2) equals 20.
