Problem Statement

Write a C program with a function `getMin(int a, int b)` that returns the minimum of two integers.

Input Format

Two space-separated integers A and B.

Output Format

Print the minimum value.

Constraints

-100000 <= A, B <= 100000

Sample Input

15 25

Sample Output

Explanation

Function returns 15 as it is smaller than 25.
