Problem Statement

Write a C program to check whether a smaller string (pattern) exists as a substring within a larger string.

Input Format

Two space-separated strings: Haystack and Needle.

Output Format

Print the starting index where Needle is found, or -1 if not found.

Constraints

1 <= Length of Haystack, Needle <= 100
