Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Thank you for choosing Edcret (edcret.in). We appreciate your investment in your technical education and skills development.

Because our platform primarily delivers digital educational content, standalone courses, the Edcret Skills platform access, and digital products (such as downloadable resources, firmware files, guides, and code assets), our Refund and Returns Policy is structured as follows.

1. General Nature of Digital Products

All products and learning modules currently offered on edcret.in are 100% digital in nature. Unlike physical goods, digital content, source code, and online course access can be instantly downloaded, viewed, or replicated. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product, course enrollment, or skills platform access has been purchased and delivered or unlocked.

2. Exceptions and Refund Eligibility

While sales are final by default, we want to ensure a fair experience. Refund requests may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same course or digital product twice due to a billing error, please contact us immediately with your transaction details for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
  • Technical Failure to Deliver: If you experience a verified, persistent technical failure on our end that permanently prevents you from accessing the purchased course, skills platform, or downloadable file, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Statutory Rights: If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a cooling-off period or refund right that cannot be legally waived, we will comply with those applicable local laws.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • You changed your mind, decided you no longer want the course/product, or no longer have time to complete it.
  • You found the course content too advanced, too basic, or not aligned with your specific expectations.
  • You failed to download the digital assets or access the course before an account expiration or platform update (where applicable).
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing account credentials or redistributing copyrighted course materials and source code).

4. How to Request Assistance or Review a Charge

If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund request (such as a duplicate charge or a technical delivery failure), please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase:

Please include your full name, account email address, transaction ID/receipt, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

Intermediate

Embedded systems rely on efficient low-level programming to interact directly with hardware. In this course, you will learn how to write practical Embedded C programs used in real microcontroller-based systems. Rather than focusing only on theory, this course follows a practice-driven approach. Each lesson includes hands-on coding exercises that simulate real firmware development tasks used
